Barry Tucker has over 20 years of experience in the Abatement and Demolition industry. Barry has built two offices over his career including small and large markets. As CEO of CIDS, Barry oversees all biding for the state as well as operational review of day-to-day jobs being performed. Barry joined CIDS LLC in July 2021.
Ben Domning
Accounting Controller
As Accounting Controller at CIDs LLC, Ben Domning helps streamline operations by managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting key corporate decisions. With a passion for problem solving and a knack for translating numbers into insights, Ben plays a vital role in connecting the field and management through clear, data-driven reporting.
After earning his degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019, Ben gained hands-on experience in a variety of accounting roles around Chattanooga. In 2023, he relocated to Columbia and joined Elliott Davis, where he specialized in audit services for the construction industry. He became part of the CIDs LLC team in May 2025.

Eric Westerlund
Senior Dispatcher
Eric Westerlund serves as the Senior Dispatcher for CIDS, LLC, contributing his extensive experience to this role. With over 14 years of experience in roll-off dispatching and more than two decades in road performance and transportation coordination, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of logistics. Before his career in dispatch, Eric developed valuable leadership and organizational proficiencies as a construction superintendent. He also dedicated seven years to service in the US Marine Corps, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and precision. Eric’s diverse professional background enhances his ability to manage transportation operations effectively and ensure the efficient fulfillment of customers’ orders.
Jodie N. Vicars
Corporate Director of Administration Greenville/Spartanburg
Jodie Vicars is the Corporate Director of Administration at CIDS, LLC, overseeing daily operations for the Greenville office, including bid assignments, proposal distribution, crew scheduling, payroll, permitting, and revenue tracking. With over 20 years of professional experience, she began her career in design before managing her family’s pet supply business and later working independently as a freelance designer. Joining CIDS part-time in Greenville, she quickly advanced to Interim Branch Manager and then to her current corporate role in 2024. Jodie lives in Powdersville, SC with her husband Jeff and daughter Kensley, and is actively involved in school athletics and her church community.
Jerry Wisham
Vice President Asbestos Midlands
Jerry started working in the Asbestos Environmental field in 1998 in the Greenville SC area. He worked with firms in SC and NC as a field supervisor, project manager, and project estimator. Jerry’s hobbies include, Fishing, Trial riding with his four-wheel Jeep, and enjoying time with his family. Jerry manages the overall abatement work for CIDS in the midland’s region.
Brandon Mantooth
Vice President of Demolition Midlands
Brandon comes to CIDS with a wealth of knowledge in the Demolition and Abatement services. Brandon has over 16 years of experience in this industry working for small and multinational companies. Brandon also holds certificates such as OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 40 hours, EPA AHERA Supervisor, E Rail Certified, and Roadway worker certification. Brandon started his employment with CIDS LLC on May of 2025.
James Dilks
General Manager Greenville/Spartanburg
With over 15 years of experience in sales, James brings extensive expertise to the asbestos abatement and demolition industry. For the past eight years, he has specialized in project management and estimating, overseeing projects throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.
James joined CIDS in January 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two young children.
