As President and CEO of CIDS LLC, Don oversees all day to day operations of the businesses. He is the primary estimator and project manager for abatement and demolition projects. He plans and coordinates labor, equipment, and materials for all projects and schedules all container activity. He has continuously held an Asbestos Supervisor certification since 1987.
Samantha Connell

As Don’s assistant, Sam is responsible for all administrative work for projects from start to finish, including permitting, PUPS locates, utility disconnects, bid proposals, plans, invitations to bid, contracts, AIA documents, etc. She is the primary contact for our customers, and all documents flow through her office.
Jeff Hendrix
VP of Finance and Operations

Jeff has been with CIDS LLC since July 2021. Jeff comes to CIDS LLC, with a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles in Banking, Finance, and Accounting. His role at CIDS LLC, includes various administrative functions including Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Insurance/Bonding.
Kela Buchanan

Kela has been with CIDS LLC, for over 10 years. Kela works with clients and vendors to manage and process Account Receivables and Accounts Payables. Kela also works with clients of recycled concrete division to schedule and take payments for those services.
Barry Tucker

As general manager of Spartanburg/Greenville Barry oversees all day to day operations of the upstate division. Barry Tucker has over 20 years of abatement and demolition experience. Barry is the primary estimator and project manager for the Greenville / Spartanburg branch.

Jeff comes to CIDS LLC with over 20 years of construction experience. Jeffs primary role with CIDS LLC, includes bidding and management of Demolition and Abatement services. Jeff coordinates labor, equipment, and materials for projects located in the upstate.
Chip McCaa

CIDS LLC – Container Division
Chip McCaa is responsible for the day-to-day operations for containers. He oversees the drivers, work orders, schedules, container availability, etc. He is the primary contact for our container division. If it has to do with containers, he is the one to call.
